Michigan Young Adult Substance Use Survey

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and Wayne State University have developed a survey for young adults (aged 18-25) who live in Michigan most of the year. The survey is completely anonymous and confidential. The survey results will be used to develop substance abuse prevention programming for Michigan young adults. The survey takes less than ten minutes to complete. Those completing the survey have the option of entering a drawing for the chance for a $100 Visa gift card. Survey ends February 29, 2016. Fifteen gift card winners will be chosen in March 2016.
