Visitor Information

The support of family and friends is an important part of a patient’s recovery. McKenzie Health System welcomes your visit and asks that you follow the guidelines below for visitors.

• Rest is an essential part of our patients’ treatment. Please limit the number of visitors to two (2) in a room at one time.
• For the comfort and privacy of the patient, we may require visitors to leave the room at the time of treatment or nursing care.
• Food and drink should be consumed in the cafeteria. Some treatment requires a restricted diet. Consult with the nursing staff before bringing food to patients from outside the hospital.
• Restroom facilities for visitors are in public areas. Restrooms located within a patient room are for the use of the patient only.
• Smoking is prohibited on hospital grounds.
