McKenzie Health System’s Healthy Living Together Series Presents “Healthy Holiday Meals”

McKenzie Health System is pleased to announce the final session of the 2024 Healthy Living Together series, taking place on November 20, 2024, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. This month’s presentation, titled “Healthy Holiday Meals,” will be led by Mary Gilbert, Community Nutrition Instructor from Michigan State University Extension. As the holiday season approaches, Mary will share tips for creating nutritious, delicious meals that celebrate the season’s flavors without compromising on health.
Participants will gain insights into balanced meal planning, healthy ingredient swaps, and flavorful recipes to make holiday gatherings enjoyable and nourishing for all.

A New Lineup for 2025! Looking ahead, McKenzie Health System is thrilled to announce a refreshed lineup of Healthy Living Together sessions for 2025.
