McKenzie Health System (MHS) is thrilled to announce a generous pledge of $100,000 from the McKenzie Auxiliary toward the new hospital building project. This significant contribution underscores the Auxiliary's unwavering commitment to supporting healthcare in our community.

As part of the pledge, the McKenzie Auxiliary will be able to name the four registration rooms by the entrance of the facility, which will also be close to the main waiting area and new Auxiliary Gift Shop.

The McKenzie Auxiliary has been an integral part of McKenzie Health System since its inception, tirelessly working to raise funds and provide essential support. Established in 1967, the Auxiliary is composed of dedicated individuals who volunteer thousands of hours each year. Members generously contribute their time and talents at the Hospital Gift Shop, the annual Golf Scramble, and various other events, all aimed at raising funds to enhance healthcare services for the community. Some of their recent donations have assisted in purchasing, among many other items, the 3D mammography equipment and new IV pumps and poles.

"The McKenzie Auxiliary has always been a cornerstone of support for our hospital," said Steve Barnett, CEO and President of McKenzie Health System. "Their tireless efforts and generous contributions have significantly impacted our ability to provide quality care. This $100,000 pledge for the new hospital building project is a testament to their dedication and commitment to our community's health and well-being."

Emma Navarro and Kelsey Loding, Co-Presidents of the McKenzie Auxiliary, shared their excitement for the project. " We are proud to support McKenzie Health System with this pledge," said Navarro. "Naming the registration rooms is a meaningful way to recognize all our members who have dedicated their efforts over the years and continue to shape the future of healthcare in our community."

Loding added, "Our Auxiliary members are deeply committed to making a difference. This pledge reflects our ongoing efforts to support and enhance healthcare services, and we are thrilled to see the positive impact it will have on our community."
