Family Nurse Practitioner Nicole DeMarco Joins McKenzie Health and Wellness Center

McKenzie Health System is pleased to announce Family Nurse Practitioner Nicole DeMarco has joined the staff at McKenzie Health and Wellness Center in Sandusky. DeMarco will be seeing patients along with Dr. James L. Sams.

“As we continue meeting the healthcare needs of our community, we are pleased to welcome Nicole back to the McKenzie family healthcare team as she joins our McKenzie Health and Wellness Center clinic,” said Debbie Ruggles, Director of Family Practices at McKenzie Health System. “Nicole is originally from the area and previously cared for patients at McKenzie’s Croswell Clinic.”

DeMarco obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Michigan-Flint in May of 2014. Her DNP was preceded by a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from University of Michigan-Flint.

“I enjoy caring for the people in this community and am thrilled to be returning to the McKenzie team,” shared DeMarco. “I have always felt that it was a privilege to care for others and I am looking forward to getting to know my patients in the Sandusky area.”
