“Winter has been mild this year, but it’s still been long, and it’s finally time to think about spring and summer activities, both inside and out!” reports Louise Blasius, LMSW, LPC, Director of Community and Human Services at McKenzie Health System. “Getting physically fit NOW can play a big part in how active you can be this summer, whether you’re working in your garden, playing recreational sports, or doing some seasonal spruce ups around the house. So, please join us for this fun and informative class, where Dr. Long will give valuable tips on exercise and other ways to stay fit. As always, the information will be provided in a relaxed, personal atmosphere, and questions will be welcomed.”
Blasius continues, “Because our dining room has limited seating, pre-registrations are required by calling Nina Barnett at 810-648-6127 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We encourage people to reserve their space as soon as possible. We hope to see you there!”
