“It’s bathing suit time, and the pressure is on to be slim and trim,” reports Louise Blasius, McKenzie Health System Social Worker. “But what is the best way to lose weight, and what role, if any, can weight loss supplements play in a person’s effort to be healthy and fit? Come and find out the answers to these questions and more at the July 15 Lunch and Learn.” The workshop will be presented in a relaxed, personal atmosphere, and questions will be welcomed. “In addition,” Blasius reports, “attendees will have a delicious meal. We hope to see you there!”
