Putting the “fun” in fundraiser, the Auxiliaries of Marlette Regional Hospital and McKenzie Health System are hosting a Create-a-Craft FUNdraiser on March 4 at Woodland Hills Golf Club. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will feature refreshments, local vendors, hand massages, door prizes, raffles, auctions and fun crafts for guests, including wreath-making with Sandtown Florist or Tonya Krueger; painting with Jane Weiss or Suzan Emerich; basket weaving with Terry Bell; and woodworking with Stephanie Hooper.
This is a great opportunity to enjoy a fun and crafty day while supporting the health of the local community. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome to come and try something new.
Tickets for participating in the craft are $50 and must be purchased in advance at McKenzie Health System, 120 Delaware Street in Sandusky or by calling 810-648-6127. Tickets for attending the event for shopping and refreshments are $10 and are available at the door.
Woodland Hills Golf Club, the venue for the event, is located at 320 Gates Road in Sandusky. Vendors can register to participate through February 10 at a cost of $20 per table and a donation for the drawings. For questions or sign-up information, please contact Nina Barnett at firstname.lastname@example.org or 810-648-6127.
