Marlette Regional Hospital and McKenzie Memorial Hospital maintain an economic partnership that manifests itself in cost effectiveness. Sharing in the financial partnership are the two ladies auxiliaries working on behalf of the two facilities.

The two auxiliaries recently joined together in an entertainment benefit of which a part was a raffle. The raffle featured an Adirondack chair and a 40-inch flat screen smart television. The Adirondack chair was donated by Roger and Merrily Loding of Sandusky and the Lions Club of Marlette donated the television.
Many tickets were sold and the winning tickets were drawn on the final day of the Dog Days of Summer festival in Marlette. Winning the Adirondack chair was Mr. Jim Johnson of Sandusky and the winner of the television was Miss Keagan Wilson of Marlette.
The raffle was a huge success and generated $1,500.00 for the facilities.
The auxiliaries would like to thank everyone who supported this fundraiser as all the money stayed in Sanilac County to help the two hospitals provide better care for our communities.
