With the chance to win a car and contribute to the long-term health of the McKenzie Health System, the 11th Annual McKenzie Golf Scramble will be held on June 9 at Woodland Hills Golf Course. Four-person teams will play to support the McKenzie Health System Auxiliary, which is raising funds for the purchase of a procedural stretcher for the Emergency Department; the stretcher will offer patients unsurpassed mobility, comfort and quality.
In addition to the chance to win a car from hole-in-one sponsor Graff Chevrolet Buick, there will also be a prize for the most patriotic team. In last year’s 10th Annual Golf Scramble, 32 teams joined in on the fun and raised $12,000. All funds raised go directly to McKenzie Health System to purchase new state-of-the-art equipment.
“As we enter the second decade of this great event, we celebrate the best of summer, fun and our local community while supporting the amazing work of the McKenzie Health System Auxiliary,” said Nina Barnett, Public Relations Coordinator, McKenzie Health System. “We look forward to some great shots and a great time at the 11th annual golf scramble this June.”
Sponsorships, ranging from $50 to $1,500, are available through June 1. Check-in for the scramble is at 9 a.m. with a shot-gun start at 10 a.m. Woodland Hills Golf Course is located at 320 N. Gates Rd.
