Monica Mignoni Retires

After 36 years of providing care and comfort as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for McKenzie Health System and the local community, Monica Mignoni has recently retired.

Mignoni joined McKenzie Health System in 1980 and is well-known for her positive attitude and favorite saying: “Go with the flow and have a good time!” She looks forward to spending more time with her 19-month-old grandson as well as traveling, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, gardening, farming and writing.

“I have truly enjoyed my years at McKenzie, especially the people I have worked with over three-and-a-half decades and the people we care for every day,” Mignoni said. “I look forward to retirement but will always have many special memories from my days at McKenzie.”

“Not many people today stay in the same job for 36 years, and even fewer do it with such style and skill. We are very grateful for Monica’s years of service, dedication to her fellow nurses and patients, and ongoing reminders of the important things in life,” said Billi Jo Hennika, Vice President of Operations.
